Prevent the collapse of local medical and nursing care systems, overcome the situation, and revitalize Japan once again.
Message from the CEO

Sustainable acceptance of foreign talent to support local medical and nursing care.
Through low-cost, high-quality support and education, we will promote the acceptance of specific technical intern trainees and support the future of local medical care and nursing care.
As the population ages and the birthrate declines, the shortage of medical and nursing care personnel is becoming a serious problem, especially in rural areas experiencing population decline. The Chikuho Medical District also faces a significant shortage of caregivers and nursing assistants, making it difficult to maintain local medical and nursing care systems. Accepting technical intern trainees is an important option for securing human resources. Passing the Certified Care Worker Examination within five years allows for long-term stay, leading to a continuous supply of human resources. While there are currently many registered support organizations, the quality of support varies greatly, and Japanese language and nursing care training is inadequate. Furthermore, entry and management fees are extremely expensive, placing a burden on facilities and hospitals. Therefore, I founded a company that provides Japanese language and nursing care training to technical intern trainees at low cost, reducing the burden on hospitals and facilities. I believe that by accepting and educating foreign talent, we can support the future of medical and nursing care. Jiro Toyonaga — CEO & Doctor 九州大学医学部卒業 飯塚記念病院 副院長 社会福祉法人いい穂会 理事長併任 飯塚医師会理事
